    In 2010, CCRDF approached the Volodymyrets city officials to match our contribution towards an x-ray project. Upon agreement and after five months of reconstruction, several weeks of equipment installation and training of physicians, the radiology department of the Volodymyrets Central District Hospital in the Rivne region is opening its doors to its patients.

    On Wednesday, August 10, 2011, the Montessori Center for Education and Development officially opened at the Puhachiv orphanage located in the Zhytomyr region. The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA adopted the orphanage in 2007 and since then the orphanage has undergone major improvements.

    One of CCRDF’s major ongoing medical programs is aimed at helping pediatric oncology patients. Partnering with Live Tomorrow and Lifeline since July 2009, CCRDF provides oncology medicine to children who otherwise would not have a chance of life.
